For removal of ash , a squeegee metal pan with handles The system must be quoted with electric panels We are looking for small incinerators with filter (with least minimum pollution) for burning/combusting 5kg/hr, 10kg/hr, 15 kg/hr, 20kg/hr, 25kg/hr to 50kg/hr and 300kg/hr of SOLID ORGANIC DRY AND WET NON-HAZARDUOUS of any kind (including hospital wastes) per day or per hour. Should it be with no smoke, no fumes, no odour (smell), no dust, no emission of solid particles and with least minimum pollution (within national and international standards). Must be environmentally healthy and acceptable with international standards. Should not be with water scrubbers. Ash contents after burning should be 3-4%. During the manufacturing and after packing, we generates some waste like, chicken bones, some fried products, vegetable waste, biscuits, chocolates (Paste), Plastics, foils, packaging materials, etc. We normally separate the organic waste to make compost. The restout need disposal. At present, we send it to landfill site. But We want to install an incinerator for such waste. The approx quantity is about 4 ton per day. – medical waste incinerator solutions and prices for 100 bed / 500 bed / 1000 bed / 3000 bed hospitals. – Assumption: general hospital beds 50%, operation beds 50% for the 100 bed hospital case, while this ratio is 30-70% for the other cases – international standards and waste creations assumptions should apply
It will always be our preference that the client pre-incinerates / use of pyrolysis (conditions) the raw e-Waste (printed circuit boards, computer memory etc.) which will allow our plasma smelting furnace to treat a concentrated waste, but increasingly, we are being asked to provide a complete turnkey plant including pre-incineration / pyrolysis of the e-waste. We require indicative information and a budgetary cost please for an incineration / pyrolysis plant that will handle about 3000 tonnes per year of raw E-waste producing about 2000 tonnes per year of Integrated Circuit (IC) Sweeps. Here we assume about a 30 – 35% weight loss due to the removal of volatiles. Charging waste. Close the door. Obtaining the combustion cycle during which no monitoring service ( duration 2 hours ) is required. The combustion cycle automatically ensures : Starting the secondary air fan. After 10 minutes, the afterburner is temperature: ?Turning on the automatic burner combustion chamber , which guarantees the output of the gasification of waste. The operating time of the burner is programmable according to the type of waste, using an adjustable mechanical timer from 1-60 minutes. Automatic start of combustion air fan. After 2 hours , the end of ” combustion cycle ” automatically guarantee : The closure of primary air servomotor . The post-combustion burner off. During charging , opening the door automatically ensures immediate shutdown fan primary and secondary air . At the end of the combustion cycle the fan primary / secondary air and burner continues to run for 2 hours to protect the burners and to cool the oven . After this time the program automatically turns off the installation completely . FUEL USE Ideally, we would like the supplied information to cover material loading/unloading, the incineration / pyrolysis process and the off-gas system (scrubbers etc.). Our understanding is that pre-incineration is conducted to homogenise the waste and to minimise the subsequent losses of species at the smelting stage through the formation of chloride/bromide salts and through oxidation losses, i.e. the halogens being driven off at a lower temperature to that at which the salts/oxides could boil in the smelting stage.
